Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used by our entire organization. We moved to Workforce Now to consolidate our Payroll/HRIS functions into a single source application.

Pros

  • ACA Reporting
  • Time and Attendance
  • User Interface

Cons

  • Ability to view actual pay statement as an admin
  • Ability to auto display birthday/anniversary data on home screen
  • We were able to automate annual benefits enrollment
  • We have been able to automate time off tracking
  • Paychex
Workforce Now offers a better user experience and single point of entry for the various modules.
I've been involved in many discussions with HR folks regarding ADP as a payroll provider and ADP's reputation for service is not so good. I have found the product and service good but we also have a fairly easy payroll enviroment.
