ADP LOVE!
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
The whole organization. It is easy to track time, attendance, time off requests, coordinate holiday pay, create schedules for individuals that are part time so they can access remotely, as well as keep all of the payroll documentation together. Reporting after the payroll is very simple and exporting to Excel allows for easy manipulation of the data.
Pros
- We love the ability to export reports to Excel.
- The ease of adjusting time cards for hourly employees is so beneficial.
- Setting up rules for payroll keeps everything simple and less room for human error.
Cons
- Tracking hours for part-time employees for the ACA, works great for new hires, but when you have employees that were full time and are now going to be changed to part-time status there is not an easy way to mark that effective date.
- Setting up Validation Tables has to be done in just the right sequence or the data does not all populate after the fact. Wish there was a refresh or update functionality.
- Wish we could see "schedule" or group calendars for all employees with their PTO time highlighted in some way.
- We are able to implement redundancies to ensure accuracy.
- We are able to limit human error esp with 401k and other benefit providers.
- Paychex
We were previously with Paychex and it was very frustrating to try and manipulate an employee time card if they missed a punch. Reports came out in PDF which was then saved to Excel and then still had to have columns adjusted etc. We love the features and benefits we get from the ADP platform.
