Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Workforce Now is used by all members of our organization. We use the full suite of Time & Attendance, HR & Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll. Employees request time off, check their pay, and manage their personal information through the system. Managers perform annual reviews, request employee pay increases, and other actions as well. Benefits open enrollment is conducted.

Pros

  • Benefits Management and Open Enrollment
  • Paid time Off accruals, requests, and management.
  • Payroll.

Cons

  • Talent management, including performance reviews and on-boarding.
  • General ledger interface with financial system.
  • System security roles and permissions. No one place to manage all facets of it.
Not sure. Going to evaluate.
[Well suited for] large companies with diverse payroll needs.
