The ease of entering data into the Workforce Now.

Cons

Still need improvement with the ACA benefit package and tracking the health insurance for the year-end tax forms

Alternatives Considered

Competitive pricing is on the top of the list. True ease of using the system. Customer service is always willing to help and if they can't, they will escalate an issue for you immediately.

Likelihood to Recommend

ADP Workforce Now does a great job tracking your employees and processing your payroll. It is a customer friendly system and easily trainable for new employees. Being able to import batches into the system from an outside source such as Excel, makes the payroll process so much easier. I would recommend ADP Workforce Now to a company who needs to track PTO or sick leave accruals. And yes, even the ACA benefits for year-end reporting.
