We use for employee recognition and rewards program. Business problem - a lot of time, a colleague goes out of the way to help in a project and there is very little opportunity to thank them in a meaningful way, with WorkHuman Excellence platform, this can be amplifed across the team where the efforts can be called out more significantly

Pros

  • Fast to load
  • Easy to use. Navigation and searching is easy
  • UX is easy to understand for everyone
  • The way the data is presented is very good

Cons

  • The interface looks old, would be great if they upgrade to modern looking interface without compromising on speed. (Material UI)
  • The text in the first page looks a lot clumsy. There should be better way to put it. Probably use more breadth of the page for desktop view
  • Text on the entire website seems too small

Return on Investment

  • Definitely helps with the culture where employees could push themself beyond the everyday work
  • Timely notifications to not miss a task.

We are using Workhuman for individual or Team contribution recognitions , Anniversary awards and giving some reward points along with the rewards shopping for desired gift cards or products. It has great features in recognizing the collogues and peers with constructive feedback posting for them. also awards can be shared privately or publicly as per our wish.

  • To celebrate team work with the different kind of Awards
  • Redemption of Awards with the Gift card or Products

Cons

  • Need to have tied up with additional E commerce gift cards
  • Recognizing templates should have more suggestable texts
  • Awards Feed showing as in simple lines, it is not highlighted properly

  • It has shown very well progress in employee to employee engagement
  • Recognition's has motivated the employees to deliver the more things
  • Proper track of feedback and awards for Performance reviews and feedback discussions during the appraisal's.

We use Workhuman for rewarding someone if he/she does great job in his/her project. We allocate some reward points for inspiration and recognize his/her efforts.

  • Need to include more range of branded products
  • Some products are having serial number mismatch, so needs improvement.
  • Important brands like apple are missing in the listings
