We are using Workhuman to recognize the good work our colleagues & coworkers are doing in the organization. It is one of the best tool to recognize & collaborate withing cross-functional teams. We recognize our colleagues in alignment of our companies enterprise priorities hence this activity as well showcase their hard work towards our companies' values.

It is very well suited towards faster recognition on achievements. The teams can share their achievements & appreciate each other sitting at distant places. It is a very helpful tool when all the team members are sitting at different locations & working towards a common goal. It also helps in enhancing the collaboration between the teams.

We use Workhuman for Impact Awards & to map them to our companies Values. We also use it for congratulating the work anniversaries of our employees & motivate them to keep us the good Job they are doing for the organization. This tool helps in creating a bonding culture between the employees. It also helps in creating a Team spirit to achieve a common goal.

Workhuman is well suited where employees have added the values & show significant higher levels of company values. It also ignites a sense of good work within the team by doing so. Per se, the team is working on a Project which involves cross-functional involvement, post-achievement, employees or the project manager recognize all colleagues & it enhances the bond among colleagues.

it has been a good software and solution for addressing employee recognition, in the past we did not put a cap on max spend, but we have recently made a change to control the amount of money being spent to stay within budget in the future

Workhuman is used as a trustworthy, easy, and smart resource, a tool that allows you to celebrate collaborators and colleagues in the company's portal, either you want to offer them rewards (through a points program) or simply leave them a message (that can be public or private) to highlight their habilities, comradery, and let them know they're value!

It is definitely very well suited for cases like how my company uses it (which is a platform to celebrate colleagues and peers within the company, public or privately—depending on your choice). It feels good to write a review on someone I care about and want to celebrate. Maybe it would be less appropriate if the reviews were to be mandatorily public, but I don't know if that even exists.

We use this software for employee recognition and awards. It is very user friendly and allows you to leave personalized messages for the recipients. The awards have categories to select from with recommendations of levels. The recognition is then sent to an approver that allows you to give them a personalized message on why you chose the recipient/s. It then allows you to make the recognition public for the company with your message for the recipient or you can keep the message private for the recipient to see only.

Only have used this software for employee recognition and awards. It is pretty straightforward from beginning to end with lots of options. Would recommend for any business.

Culture and recognition of someone's hard work can really help to drive people's motivation within the workplace and this program helps us to do just that. I utilize this to also bring light to a team that is working cohesively with one another in order to drive collaboration.

We use the tool as a inspire program to recognize the contribution of people or groups for specific cases like innovation and experimentation, and all cases need to be connect with our ways of working and impact other colleagues around the world. the tool facilitate the way thatwe recognize our employees and their engagement, colaboration and performance and them keep moving forward and celebrate with inspire program.

I only have scenario where Workhuman was well suited as I commented for innovation internal program to engaged and promote strategy for innovation inside of our company and somehow invite the people and them being recognized for participation to break the wall of "i don't have idea or bad ideas" that can support a lot if define a strateagy approach with the tool.
