I was recently and attendee/exhibitor at the CRRA Conference and the Whova was the best conference app I have experienced in a very long time. Was easy to use for the Conference Agenda, looking up attendees and sending them messages - but the best was the Lead Management right from my phone.

Once the messaging icon is opened, the number of open messages should disappear. Each message needed to be opened - was time consuming to remove and look at unread messages

I am only a user - as I do not put on conferences - and have already referred it to other shows I am attending as an exhibitor.
There was a recent online safety webinar that used Whova which was how I was introduced to it. I had never used it in the past. I was impressed. I felt that it all went pretty smoothly with a user-friendly design and format. I'd use it again. I suspect the same organizers of the safety webinar will use Whova again next year.

Any kind of online seminar or workshop is an ideal scenario for using Whova. I honestly did not know about this company until the other day and I can see how it would be useful to anyone as a resource. It appears to have a lot of options for customization and that's just what I see as a user.

There have been times when I had to refresh a webinar on Whova because there was a random black screen and audio issue.

It's a nice platform, but they need to fix the random audio and black screen difficulties that occur throughout the webinar because having to refresh the site to reload again disrupts our learning experience. As a result, we've missed several crucial moments.
Online-only conferences and trade shows (in the time of COVID) are hard. The Whova platform did a great job of keeping attendees engaged and promoting exhibitors/sponsors - we got more engagement in our booth than we had in our last three trade shows on other platforms! Would recommend for any conference!
