Our entire organization uses Webex Calling, previously we were with BroadSoft - the predecessor the Webex Calling. We really enjoyed the Webex Calling and the features it includes like softphones and how you can pick up calls from your computer to your cell phone and two other devices.
Pros
Softphones.
Active noise canceling.
Ease of use.
Cons
Others statuses to be clearer.

We are a contact center and using Webex Calling along with the WebEx Contact Center platforms has been crucial to our success. I don't think anyone in our company could go back to using hard phones for our old calling platform. The customization down to each user and uptime of being in the cloud are features that we could never lose at this point.

One of our favorite things about this system is how straightforward it is for administrators to use. All the managing options are in the same portal including features such as extension calling and voicemail. It has a single interface which means deployment is more straightforward.
