We wanted to ensure that employees have necessary hardware and software to implement hybrid worflow. In order to support remote connectivity, we needed to ensure that customers have good internet connectivity at home.

Getting everything ready for full virtual then moved to hybrid. Webex played a big part in this. Some of the challenges we faced were getting the individual computers/laptops set up, then making sure that they were set up correctly so that phones could be answered, meetings could be held and work could be completed, especially the team projects.
