Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Webex App is currently used as an app that staff communicates with each other. We are able to have quick meetings with or without camera on and keep track of our day-to-day communications within the office. We send out announcements, message each other and hold team meetings all within the app.
Pros
- Keep staff communications streamlined
- Instant messaging within the office
- Can use the system as phone communications
Cons
- easier access to know when there is a message
- Being hybrid, Webex keeps our team together.
- Webex saved money on our phone system. We tried other VOIP's and they weren't as good as Webex
- Also able to use Webex conferencing without setting up a "Zoom" link for instant access.
Vonage may be one of the oldest or original VOIP phone systems, but Webex holds it's own to them. Webex uses screen sharing and video meetings which is better for our staff to instantly touch base with each other when needed.
