Lack of use

For the most part our users don't delete data that they shouldn't. This is not an every day or every week thing. I would say that we do a restore perhaps once a month or once a quarter.

Being able to restore back to the source, a user folder, or mailbox is key to quickly resolve issues.

Yes we had one situation where we needed to restore to a PST but I will give a thumbs down to the requirement of having an install of Outlook on the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 server instance in order to do this.
