Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365

We use Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 Backup to ensure that we have a comprehensive data backup in the event that we need to restore a former users data easily or if we ever have a compromise in data on a system that would bring work down to a grinding halt. This service also makes it easy to backup users data and preserve a snapshot in time.

Its very easy to use
The few times I have had to contact support, they are for the most part very helpful. There was one time that the support person spoke above me and treated me as if I were one of Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365's support engineers. I am not a novice, but I also don't know the software like the back of my hand. They don't get a 9/10 because of that.

This service has saved us when we needed to recover a former users emails that we desperately needed to complete a project. Being able to go back and retrieve the emails and then restore them to a PST was a life saver. We were able to apply and win the contract.
