Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use Seamless.AI as an add on program to our various tools and softwares that we have in our sales, and managerial wings. Seamless AI is unmatched for lead capture, at least in my opinion as a user of three other competing and overlapping company softwares. For basic sales efforts, it's very user-friendly, and works quite quickly. It works better than others on browser extension agility as well. So we find this is a good "first line" tool for our pursuits, or for companies with more established public data. We do find that it's the first one we reach to, even if it's not the only company in the process.

Pros

  • operates very well as standalone, and as a browser extension.
  • lightweight, easy to sign into and sign out of, works very fast.

Cons

  • Companies without enormous public data may be hard to find.
  • Does not dive as deep as some of the competitors
  • Limited in it's advanced functions, reporting, and available leads.

The best tool for prospecting, does a lot more than contact info.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am in sales and use Seamless to find contacts and companies to prospect into, along with their contact information. I even use it to build my prospect list by searching for company types, geography, size, vertical, etc. Then, I can get the contacts' phone numbers and emails right there.

Pros

  • Correct contact info.
  • Easy to use UI with powerful search abilities.
  • Amazing customer support with an actual person in the US.

Cons

  • I don't think it integrates with Compass CRM.
  • Exporting can be a bit of a challenge, but that's also not my strength.
  • $100+ per month is a bit high but also worth it so that's a wash.

Return on Investment

  • I am able to find contacts and companies that are not in our database.
  • I can find more prospects than I have time to call.
  • I am finding companies and contacts to enter that my company has never touched.
  • It's so easy to find new prospects that I do not waste time cannibalizing our CRM like its leads.

We use it daily for lead generation on three different licenses, mainly for the US and Canada. I would love for them to have more reach for LATAM, but overall, the integration that you have with Linked In is pretty impressive nowadays. I am looking forward to what's to come.
