I use Salesmate to help keep my business organized and efficient. I use it everyday for emails, organizing contracts, and automating different processes such as onboarding, and email/text reminders. It allows me to connect my Google Workspace and calendar for scheduling, and it will automatically create contacts for me based on the various platforms I use to get leads. Everything I need goes through Salesmate so that I can have it all in one place.

- The customer service is the best I've ever seen from a company
- The price is very affordable for a CRM with all the same features as the bigger CRM players.
- The automation features are amazing at helping you stay efficient with your time.
Cons
- I really haven't run into any features that I don't use or appreciate being there yet.

- It's really not that expensive for everything it offers. The ability to stay this organize with so many different features is so worth it!

I am starting a marketing agency and this CRM is so well planned out and developed. I have nothing but good to say about the platform and application. Salesmate’s customer service is second to none and I can safely say, the quality of this product is worth every dollar I spent.

CRM, email marketing, text marketing, form submission. Keeps all parts of the business in 1 place and you can grow with it. We currently use smart Flows, contact, emails, text, power dialer and templates.
Pros
- Easy to manage multiple types of contacts/companies all in the same place.
- Easy to email or text multiple clients using templated messaging.
- Power dialer included in the service is a huge deal breaker.
- Tech support like no other company that I have ever done business with.
Cons
- Connection with email domain was a little hard to establish but tech support helped out.
- Smart Flows could be a little more intuitive for those not sure how they work but the tech support helps with that as well.
- AI integrations are not there yet but I hear that it will be implemented shortly.

- Having just opened my agency, to have everything in one place with ease of use and great tech support has allowed me to focus on growing my business not keeping up with it.

Absolutely love Salesmate! This is my fourth CRM, and I’ve tried at least six others. After extensive research and using various options through my real estate company, I can confidently say that Salesmate stands out.First and foremost, the price point is unbeatable. On top of that, their customer service is truly exceptional. Whenever I encountered an issue I couldn’t resolve, their support team was quick to help and provided effective solutions.The platform is perfectly laid out and includes every feature I could think of. They offer numerous workarounds to help you save money. For instance, if you're hesitant to commit to automations, they provide alternative options. If you’re not satisfied with the dialer, they suggest several other companies you can integrate with.Salesmate's platform is open and flexible, featuring all the necessary APIs and Zapier integrations. I can't praise this product enough! The willingness to train users is also a huge plus. Overall, Salesmate has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a robust CRM solution.
