We use Salesmate as our Sales CRM, to manage and control the Sales Process. We've been using Salesmate for a couple of year succesfully and we like the possibility to customize the Sales process for our different need (we have 2 business units with 2 differente process + many different activities going on). We also use Salesmate for simple Marketing activities and Marketing automations

Well suited for Sales Process and managing the sales pipeline, both in a product company or service-led sales process. Good to manage Customer Relationship in the Sales Process
Not as good in the Marketing automation and lead automation process or in the neswletter management. In case you have to go full-throttle in the Marketing automation, I will suggest different software
Salesmate is amazing. Been trying to find a genuinely good CRM for a long time, and Salesmate has completely blown me away. The native calling and texting, especially inside of the app are amazing. And the support is Top Notch! Best support I've ever received from a CRM. I am currently using it for customer followup, and phone sales, which is what SalesMate excels upon. Their native calling and texting feature is super helpful, and works really well on desktop, mobile, and IPad. On top of that, I am currently going ahead and building in sequences, that are automated based on a No-Show, or an event that took place.

Theirs some goofy things, that don’t function 100% on the IPad vs desktop, but it’s not devastating. Basically if you set up the systems properly, the app will work Fluenty. Just takes the time.

Salesmate does really well with phone communication, texting communication, and creating automated email events based on a specific scenario such as a No-Show. On top of this, the app works better than any other CRM apple app that I have seen. The calling / text/ emails all work fluently inside of there.
We use Salesmate to house all of our current clients and potential clients. I love that we have created pipelines for our sales team as well as for our retention department. Salesmate makes it so easy to win our deals and to track them in each department. Their support team is always available to help with issues or learning new features.

Salesmate is a great way to contact potential clients through setting up drip campaigns and email campaigns. I don't like that it lacks automation in losing deals. It should be easier to automate. If I can find a workaround based on tags and types then they should be able to add that into the automation.
Salesmate is being used by our Sales team for managing the sales pipeline and customer communications. Before this, we were managing all leads in an excel sheet which was very inefficient. Salesmate has allowed us to automate a lot of stuff via their automation journeys, workflows, and sequences. Their customer support team is excellent, fast, and very responsive, something which has become quite rare. It's a must recommend for all small to medium companies looking for a good CRM tool.
