RXNT is primarily utilized by organizations for comprehensive practice management, focusing on operational efficiency, revenue cycle optimization, and streamlined patient care. In TrustRadius reviews, users frequently deploy the platform for managing billing processes and Electronic Medical Records, with a strong emphasis on its user-friendly design and automation capabilities. It supports diverse environments, from individual practices to multi-clinic operations, aiding in tasks like prescription management and scheduling.
Reviewers also report significant time savings through templates and automation, contributing to perceived cost efficiencies and improved workflow. However, some limitations were noted in scheduling and medication management, alongside concerns about system performance, including slow response times and glitches. Despite these areas for improvement, the overall sentiment indicates a positive return on investment, though an initial learning curve was reported by some users.
Pros

Ability to customize settings, forms, and set macros
Cons
Limitations in rescheduling appointments and managing medication history

Specific glitches within the prescribing feature, such as unscrollable lists
Initial learning curve, particularly for single-provider practices or new users
I use RXNT for documenting visits and communications with patients. I also use this program to electronically transmit prescriptions and for scheduling. The system provides patients with notification prior to appointments and when prescriptions are sent on their behalf. I also like using the report function to monitor my monthly appointment trends.
Pros
Electronic prescribing
Reports for monthly appointment trends
Cons
I would like the ability to expand text boxes - it is hard to read the entire item being typed when the box does not expand with the text like this one did here.
I find that the system glitches a couple of times during my shifts and erases what I've just written. It is usually only a small amount of text that is lost but this is sometimes also associated with movement of the cursor into a different area of the text box. This happens when I'm editing an earlier part of the text box entry and seems to only happen in the areas that do not expand when text is added.

RXNT works well as an EMR for large clinics with multiple providers but does not work well when there are multiple address. We have difficulty with prescriptions when working from alternative business addresses and have to use a second prescribing program that allows us to select from our various clinic address prior to sending the prescription.
We use RXNT for full revenue cycle management software needs. As a medical billing, coding, and analytics company we have a wide variety of needs as it relates to the medical billing process.
Some of the business problems the product has been able address are efficiency in billing, the ability to gather enough information about a patients account to speed up our processes. It has also helped us eliminate blind spots in the work of our employees.
Pros
Patient portal, communications with patients and an easy to use platform for communciation.
Auto posting features and claim scrubbing tools.
Claim management and the ability to easily work to correct claims errors, rejections, and denials.
Easy customizable reporting tools for administrative analysis on our perfromance.
Cons
The system can sometimes be slow in response time.

I believe it is best suited for organizations that wish to utilize all of the available tools within the system.
I do not believe it is well suited for organizations that lack a deep understanding of the revenue cycle process or individuals who try to cut corners in managing accounts receivables.
It works extraordinarily well in situations where one will take the time to set up all the available tools, test them, and make them part of their workflow.
I use RXNT as the EMR and scheduler for 13 of our current clinics.
Pros
Oraganized
Easy to use
Easy to teach
Cons
Aesthetics could use some work
To many steps for simple processes.
Easier way to check in check out

RXNT has been a useful to and suits our company very well. Very easy to use and to train our staff. Very easy to transform into what we needed it to do.
We utilize RXNT's billing platform to bill for our 29+ radiology sites. Man hours and manual posting of payments have completely been eliminated for payors that are enrolled in ERA's. IE some of our payors, average ERA payments are $200K and above with 500+ pages. These are now auto posted with RXNT w/in minutes, specifically 20-30 mins.
The need for hands on mailing statements and reviewing the statements are eliminated also since it is now all electronic and digital with the integrated payment system for our patients to access via RXNT statements. Our revenue for patient payments easily have increased in margin.
Pros
ELECTRONIC PATIENT STATEMENTS
PATIENT PAYMENTS INTEGRATED WITH PATIENT STATEMENTS
AUTO POSTING
Cons
In general, turn around times on some questions related to claims on the support portal.
Engineering and posting issues can be handled with more focused resolutions
