Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling mainly to manage our payroll process. It helps us run monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees. The system automatically calculates salaries, taxes, and deductions, which saves us a lot of manual work and reduces the chance of errors. It also handles compliance with local tax laws, which is very helpful.

The platform is very intuitive, easy to navigate, and well-organized. Most tasks, like running payroll, updating employee details. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that some of the more advanced features or settings may take a bit of time to understand. Overall, it’s highly user-friendly and effective for day-to-day HR and payroll tasks.
The ease of use is the driving force. Clean UI and accurate calculations are other contributing factors.
