Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a big ZoomInfo shop: using Chorus AI, ZoomInfo premium enrich, and Ringlead.

ZoomInfo premium enrich helps us easily create contacts and accounts with accurate enrichment data. The chrome extension also makes bulk exporting from LinkedIn to Salesforce seamless.

We then use Ringlead to automate routing and deduplication of those contacts, accounts, and opportunities based on fairly complex round-robin logic.

Pros

Account scoring and regional segmentation stamping

Cons

Ringlead could benefit from sticky match functionality (e.g. when the first contact comes in on an account, all subsequent contacts will be matched to the first owner, rather than round-robined). Our previous tool, Distrbution Engine, allowed for that.

We use ZoomInfo Operations to fully allow us to reach the correct people we need to speak with at other companies in any multiple forms of media. It is to keep us selling to the right people in the right way with exactly how they prefer to communicate in general.

You can tell when they became a public company, if you know what I mean

By going with the mode of communication that ZoomInfo identified them using most, I certainly had more people pick up which lead to increased sales
Asking for someone by their first name instead of their job title got me past a LOT of gate keepers
Was able.to break into new territories and markets with the data from ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo to gather more contacts and accounts into our CRM to ensure our sales and marketing teams can contact the correct people. This would be infinitely more challenging without Zoom's capability. My team also uses RingLead as a data loader, and it saves countless hours of manual work by allowing us to update and load data in bulk without human error. It's an invaluable tool in our organization.

RingLead as a whole program is amazing!
Account location review.
Provider counts and specialty data.

Cons

RingLead—You have to be very careful about what you update, since it's a live update tool. It's still the best tool available, hands down. You just have to be careful.

I use ZoomInfo Operations to find the right talent opertating in multiple countries across the globe, it helps me to get the details of the right person to connect with to start a new partnership in the ongoing process. Most of the time problems I have faced are not getting the correct information from other tools but ZoomInfo Operations gives me.

Very easy to export the data in csv format
Shows the most accurate market insight across the globe

Cons

Let’s improve the UI a little bit
Add some more shortcuts for handy process across the tool
Sometimes the market insight data is incorrect
Should check the data on monthly basis to avoid errors
