Red Arc

Red Arc builds apps that extend Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge NXT. These include a personalized letter writing tool, a Shopify connector, apps to enable calling directly from Raiser's Edge NXT, email marketing tool connectors, and other apps.

Red Arc Tools and Connectors include:

• Letter Box - A letter app on the Blackbaud marketplace used to make thank you’s, receipts and letters simple, automated, and do it in less time.
• Email Marketing Connector - Makes Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp or Active Campaign feel like a own marketing extension to NXT.
• Engagement Tile - Automatically calculates supporter engagement scores from RE NXT data every week. Uncovers who to communicate with via the built-in dashboards.
• Shopify for NXT - Connects a Shopify store to Raiser’s Edge NXT with a simple connector to track supporters’ orders.
• Call Box - To make phone calls directly out of NXT. Place a call from a constituent page, take call notes, automatically log an action, inside NXT.
• Relationships Tree Tile - Enables a visualization of constituent relationships as a tree right on the Constituent Page.
• Zendesk Tile - Displays a constituent’s Zendesk tickets directly on their Constituent Page in a tile.
• Any Language Tile - Compact tile that allows additional information to be stored and searched for a constituent using *any* characters from any language.
• AU/NZ Address Validation Tile - For Australian & New Zealand customers – the Address Validation Tile provides an interactive way to validate new and existing addresses *right* on the Constituent page.
• Zoom for NXT - Creates Zoom meetings right inside Raiser’s Edge NXT, to start meetings with constituents.
• One to Many - Adds an action to multiple constituents, or a *constituent list* all at the same time.
