For single Sign on, it hels me access Hundreds of apps from a single source, its great since i dont have to login to each and every single app every time i login, just 1 login and i can access all the applications which is great. In my earlier organisations i had to remember multiple passwords but now its very simple.

It is well suited for people who need a single sign on and don’t want to remember multiple passwords. The gui and interface is easy to use, it is very simple. It would have been amazing if the password manager feature would be good. And if there was a dark mode

I mostly used Okta for multi-factor authentication (MFA), wherein after logging in through email and password in order to provide more security Okta helps to enforce more security by connecting your mobile device to authentic that its you through signing in using a number or a group of numbers which are meant for a specific user.

For my scenario whenever a new user used to get added within the team he/she was added to the Okta system based on role based access the email of that person. Also its is easy to add or remove users through Okta rather than doing long procedures. After adding the person had to register his number as well that enabled MFA for better security.

Okta makes it easy to provide or request access to a variety of different systems. It is simple to use and easy to navigate. Its API also makes it easy to build integrations for additional functionality.

Okta is well suited for scenarios where staff members need to be granted access to a range of different systems and accounts. It provides excellent access control that makes it easy for admins to approve access requests. It also acts as a central interface to sign into existing accounts in an SSO manner which is helpful for navigating the wide range of products that companies often use on the daily.

At [...], we use Okta for secure identity and access management. It centralizes authentication, enabling employees to access multiple applications with a single login. It helps manage user accounts efficiently, especially when onboarding or offboarding. Okta make sure we secure password storage, reduces the risk of unauthorized access, and streamlines IT processes across the organization.

I’d rate Okta an 8 out. It’s a reliable and secure identity management platform that simplifies access control across our organization. Features like single sign-on and multi-factor authentication work well and save time. One thing that I love, is the integration with the apple watch so I can I verify log ins quickly!

Okta is used by our corporation to house all of our important internal sites. This allows employees to easily access information they would need in one location without having to bookmark a plethora of different tabs. It is also a one-stop shop for sign in, which is useful as most people are not very reliable with remembering their login credentials.

Okta is nice to send our team members to when they are uncertain of where to gain information. This is meant to be a one-stop shop in order for them to have access to the apps needed in order to complete their day to day functions. Okta allows us the opportunity to direct employees to find the information they need in one consolidated location.

We use Okta for a single sign-on to all our business apps, allowing us to use one password and login to access all the systems and applications. It makes it easy to find the applications, leverage the right tools, and have the proper access levels across our different organizations within the business.

It is excellent to leverage for daily use on my desktop to access the applications I need to do my job.

I use Okta as a standard user. We use it to login in to the several applications that we manage inside our organisation.
We used it to enable secure logins into our applications.
It provides a well structured application list in tiles and an intuitive interface to find the application you need to start.

When you have hundred of application is nice to have the possibility to organise them in sections. I like the way I can organise my tiles in sections so I am able to access to my tile app very quickly. I feel good with Okta so I cannot make a compare with other similar tools. I have used Citrix in the past. I think Okta looks better.

We are currently using the Okta solution as our primary IDP (Identity provider) for our organization. Okta allows us to federate our domains as needed, and also offers us the granularity to configure it for specific scenarios that differ from domain to domain. Since our organization works similar to an MSP (Managed Service Provider), having this granularity really is a must for us.

We have been extremely pleased with how Okta has increased our security posture. We had an immediate need to implement MFA for our organization. We have over 30 companies under our umbrella and we were able to implement Okta in a short time with relative ease. As you can imagine, having that many companies offers unique challenges because each company isn't a carbon copy of the others. Okta offered us the granularity needed to tailor the implementation for all of our lines of business. We have a relatively small IT Department for the number of companies/employees we have. Despite the limited resources in IT, we are able to get Okta going quickly and have been very pleased with the software.

I have been an The Okta Identity Cloud Administrator since 2019. It helps our company to protect our end users by securing their access as well as the automation on provisioning less complex less work. It is also a user friendly platform that anyone can easily understand on how to manage users. The Okta Identity Cloud IAM is very recommended. Every company must have this solution. It is way more easier to handle identities with Okta.

The Okta Identity Cloud Workforce Identity is very reliable solution to manage identities especially in terms of security. It helps us to lessen the work of help desk admin as well as us IAM Admin. The only thing I hate with The Okta Identity Cloud is that the support engineer are delaying the issues like they are not available or sometimes no align internally.

My organization uses the Okta Identity Cloud across all our apps for easy access. The ability to quickly access everything from a single tile page makes it easy to navigate and operate. Compared to other identity providers, I will always find Okta more user-friendly and easy to operate.

It's very easy to access sales tools like Clari and Salesforce. Being able to access both easily from the same tile page makes a workflow for forecasting much more seamless and efficient. The ability to log in from a single sign-on outside of just those tabs also helps a lot.
