CRM for keeping in touch with clients, newsletters are sent out in groups, managing our placements and follow updates, birthdays, lead, and sales management.

Pros

  • Group Messages with message tracking.

  • Keeping track of client details and update calls
  • Managing cold leads

Cons

  • Group messages - can only been seen by the person sending them so if you have other users they can't see if a shared client has opened or clicked.
  • Understanding how to use the system - yes there is help desk etc but you really need someone who understands how to get it setup
  • Formatting of emails - it has slightly improved but it is still quite fiddly to get a nice looking email.

  • Managing our newsletter list has been improved.
  • Understanding who reads our marketing information has been improved.
  • Managing our recall dates has been improved.
  • Really knowing what to use and when/how can be confusing

Nimble is the best CRM solution for mobile and web-based sales force automation. A user-friendly work makes it easy to find what we need. It helped us monitor the inputs and history of our clients. We have different requirements, and we believe we’ve tailored our experience to the specifics of what we are doing with Nimble. A single database keeps all of our social media and content marketing contacts organized. Interface: Easy to use, and it has many features, like email marketing and ad management, live chat, and much more. It has improved our business processes. Nimble connects with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace to track team activities and productivity. To import data from Gmail, Outlook, and other social sites, like Twitter and LinkedIn.

  • Easy to integrate.
  • It’s vital in all of our connections.
  • Contacts are imported into the CRM.
  • Fantastic communication templates.
  • User data consolidation across platforms.
  • In real-time, keeping track of our marketing has helped.

Cons

  • Pricey, but worth every penny.
  • Group messaging necessitates more outreach.
  • Multiple Pipeline Management interface is lacking.
  • Aside from Office 365, some newer SaaS apps require more customization.

Cons

  • Its price [feels] unpredictably high and unfair.
  • Its dashboard needs to be more advanced and presentable.
  • Its interface is hard as it has so many features that it gets perplexing to use it for the very first time and took us a long time in understanding its working.

Pros

  • Importing contacts in the CRM is very much consist of easy steps.
  • It allows me to create, edit and view contacts records anywhere from the web.
  • It is helping me to stay organized in terms of marketing needs and providing real-time information automatically.
  • it is playing an excellent role in managing our all relations.

Cons

  • The main drawback that slows down the work progress that even though the dashboard is well designed still lacking in customization while handling the task.
  • Secondly, there is a need for updates on generating marketing reports and continuous monitoring statistics. Nimble cloud storage sometimes does not store information which leads to the loss of information, for this, we have to use another software too which increases the cost of the organization.

  • Another great feature that Nimble is offering is their mobile version, it is helping to check the real-time progress and most importantly cloud-based which saves the data too easily.

Cons

  • Nimble's storage space is very sparse, but we have found that it can be expanded at an additional cost.
  • Their mobile application is not as good as some of us expected, and we strongly recommend improving it to make it work effectively.
