Yes. We used to fly key stakeholders to one of our corporate offices to blueprint redesigns of training curriculums and for brainstorming sessions. This isn't needed as frequently as it was before, thanks to Miro.

For businesses in the Accommodation and Food Services sector, Miro demonstrates particular strength in fostering real-time collaboration, a critical capability for managing dynamic operations. Given the often distributed nature of teams—across shifts, departments like kitchen and front-of-house, or even multiple property locations—the ability to simultaneously contribute to planning and problem-solving is highly valued. This facilitates more efficient workflows for tasks such as event logistics, menu development, or operational strategy, where immediate feedback and collective ideation are essential. While the current feedback from this industry segment is limited to this specific strength, the emphasis on seamless group work suggests Miro can be a valuable tool for coordinating the complex, multi-faceted projects inherent to hospitality management. Two of nine reviewers specifically highlighted the benefits of real-time group interaction, indicating its relevance for larger teams within the sector.
