Great Collaboration and Easy to use tool for diagraming

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It helps create Sequence diagrams , component diagram, workflows etc for our product and software services. This helps to collaborate better being remote team to brainstorm and express our design and thought process, identify issues early on, get sign off from stakeholders. It also helps to get feedback from SMEs and identify corner cases or use cases missed

Pros

  • Collaborative where easy to share with team members to do join design work
  • Many great add ons like Azure/Google/AWS icons/blocks so its easy to represent components and technology thats being used in our service

Cons

  • Easy to search for components thats similar instead of exact match like Natural Language processing
  • mechanism to request for editing permission for Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite diagrams that were shared
  • Better template or custom template that we can build using natural language

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the GOAT for collaboration internally and externally

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for our clients as we are a tech company that half of us are in sales and product development, and the other half are implementors and consultants for our clients. So either we are using the tools for internal collaboration between product and sales to give potential customers the best demos we can, or as consultants we can collaborate with outside clients as to diagram their use cases and needs to demonstrate how we can improve their business processes.

Pros

  • Lucid Chart diagrams processes very well
  • It allows for project managment to help with client timelines
  • Can help with org design

Cons

  • The tutorials could always be improved.
  • AI can we integrated so I can ask the AI tool how to do something in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, and it will tell me how to do it.

Return on Investment

  • It makes process mapping so much quicker and visually engaging for clients
  • Overall ease to modify timelines and requirements.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite really works

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to diagram, whiteboard, and visualize the strategy and different elements of plans that were putting into place. Specifically, my team, we have used it to thought map and create a clearer picture of what we need to accomplish, tasks, and just a very nice digital whiteboard that’s on the go and allows us to collaborate anywhere. I also use my own whiteboards to track tasks, map my responsibilities, and create a transparent representation of my work

Pros

  • Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite’s software are quite intuitive and visually appealing.
  • The function of Lucidspark boards are so simple and easy to manipulate. Very functional.
  • Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite’s navigation menu is very intuitive as well.

Cons

  • The sign in page could use some help. When I first signed up, it was really difficult to login, unless I was logged into the perfect Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite software. It doesn’t seem to have a route to get people to the right place if you’re in the wrong place.
  • It’s nearly impossible to move content off of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite if you’re looking to get your content into a different platform.
  • Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite requires frequent updates and refreshes of the pages (at least daily).

Return on Investment

  • Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has saved countless hours in helping us diagram our future plans, change plans, and map functions.
  • Remote team work would be nearly impossible without Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to help us put all of our thoughts in the same place. I would almost put it as a critical function.
  • Because we’ve used Canva and Apple FreeForm as well, I would say that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite saves at least 2-3 times the amount of time it takes to whiteboard compared to one of those other software because of how intuitive it is.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great 3

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite at work as a visual collaboration tool, both remotely and in the office in-person. We mainly it as a companion piece to Microsoft Visio to create more complete requirements gathering exercises, and also for Agile ceremonies such as retrospectives and sprint planning sessions. It's particularly great for enabling our teams to work together to understand complex problems remotely on a shared board.

Pros

  • Remote collaboration
  • Great templates
  • Awesome account management team

Cons

  • Migration from Miro could be a bit easier
  • Additional fun templates (Miro had some great retrospectives)
  • More facilitation training for users (Miro also provided more of these) using templated boards

Return on Investment

  • Enhanced our security posture compared to other tools
  • Account hierarchy into distinct Teams has enhanced collaboration in our organisation
  • Excellent on-boarding through the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite account team has minimised disruption from migrating from another tool

Solid Product

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Lucidchart to develop and design process flows for different elements of the sales process and functions. I've used it to conceptually diagram everything from internal software usage flows to communication flows to business processes. For those who tend to be more visual, this is a great way to communicate complex information in a simple way. I would recommend this type of visualization for any presentation that seeks to break down complex concepts or even simple ones.

Pros

  • Linkedin navigator flow
  • Discovery flow diagram
  • ABM process maps
  • Sales outreach cadence maps

Cons

  • Video tutorial of a build would be useful

Return on Investment

  • Better presentations
