LogMeIn Rescue's subscription price is VERY expensive (currently $108/mo + $37/mo for mobile access). … Otherwise, it is not worth the monthly subscription price of over $100/mo, especially with free options such as "Remote Utilities" & "Anydesk," which also work with a variety of platforms.

The pricing is very premium, not a big ROI based in raw dollars. … We attempted to use Webex and Gotomeeting, but the value and the feature set that Logmein Rescue has is definitely worth the pricing.

Price-wise, LogMeIn Rescue is cheaper, and its capabilities are matched to its cost while still being very useful in situations that demand remote control.

Each time we can avoid going to the site, it saves us at least an hour travel time ($89) and the cost of gas (roughly $10). … We've tried less expensive solutions and they just aren't the same as LogMeIn Rescue.

I would say maybe if it's a smaller company where the budget isn't is flexible you may want to go with a cost-free solution.
