Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use iSpring Learn for different purposes such as onboarding new joiners, training existing employees, and knowledge sharing.
This solved one of our main problems which is time. It saved a lot of time spent on explaining to new joiners on what is the company about, how does each department works, the different products we offer, etc. Now, the new employees get enrolled in iSpring Learn courses where we only have a Q&A session at the end of their training.
For the scope, it helped us a lot in training remote employees and we are now thinking to expand the training to our partners and customers.
