We needed a tool that we could use to train new hires effectively and also store all of our company trainings, video recordings, etc. We signed on with iSpring Learn 1.5 years ago to help with that, and it's been fantastic. We created learning tracks with structured courses for new hires and managers, and our teams have found iSpring Learn easy to use.

I'd especially recommend it for companies that are between 1-1,000 employees. Not sure how well it scales beyond that because most of the businesses I've worked in recently are SMBs. But overall, it's the best LMS I've ever used. It's intuitive and easy to use, both for learners and admins--which is hard to do.

In addition, the ease of creating these modules makes our task of providing training so much more efficient and cost-effective.

It pairs well with bite-sized content for compliance training, product knowledge, or soft skills development. For companies that need an LMS up and running quickly, iSpring Learn offers a simple setup process and an intuitive interface that doesn't require extensive technical knowledge. If a company needs extensive customization for branding or workflows, iSpring Learn may not be as flexible as some alternatives.

As an international manufacturing company, we are in constant need of offering up-to-date training and assessment to our distributors around the world. iSpring Learn allows us to design tailored content with interactive features that save us and our collaborators time in terms of assessment.
The reports and analytics are also a high-stand feature, with automated reports from several POVs that you can conveniently schedule as it best suits you.
It is easy to set up instructional material in a comprehensive and efficient way our distributors benefit the most.
All in all, iSpring Learn has been a very useful tool to improve our standardised training procedures.

iSpring is well suited to repackaging of courses into different languages using powerpoint files. It is less of a robust L&D authoring tool such as Articulate Rise/360, which offers many more course types to suit different use cases, and also includes numerous new AI features to assist with course creation.

We have used iSpring for our Leadership Learning and Development, and it has been awesome! Their setup is so easy and instinctive to use, and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. I have recommended iSpring to two of our sister properties, and they are enjoying it too! As an LMS, it is one of the best I have used. I love the presentation tools and characters. The different voiceovers are great, too! I would highly recommend it.

Our environmental consulting business has been using iSpring Learn for over a year now. The platform has become an integral part of our learning and development strategy. iSpring Learn really shines when you need to create content quickly and easily. It is great for onboarding new employees, ensuring everyone is trained on policies and procedures and also for quick couse content generation to learn new information. It's great for making interactive courses and gives you solid reporting tools to track progress. It might not be the best fit if you're looking to build a massive, custom-tailored system from the ground up. Also, if you're big on social learning features

iSpring Suite Max and iSpring Learn is used in our business to create e-learning content within the Learning and Development department to put engaging training modules together to roll out to our employees on personal skills training, mandatory policy training and compliance training. This platform has created a better culture around learning due to the engagement modules we can now put together thanks to iSpring!

Very easy to use and if you're stuck there are so many tutorials to guide you through. The interaction options works extremely well when trying to create engaging e-learning courses. I also find the live chat option on the website so helpful as there have been a lot of times I've been stuck or not known how to fix an issue and they have helped resolve this on numerous occasions.

I feel like there could be more to offer, in terms of creation. There have been times where I've been limited in what I want to achieve out of some training courses however it is always put forward to their developers to look into for the future. I also dislike if you have to edit a course and delete it off iSpring Learn then the records of all the people associated to that course are swiped and there's not a way of retrieving the information.

I've had a few technical issues where the right interaction wasn't playing on the correct slide however this was easily rectified through the live chat via screenshots and sometimes emailing across my presentation.

We use iSpring Learn to train and test our team members on critical parts of our business and their understanding of these concepts. Each member has a user account and logs in on their mobile device (iPad) to access the content. We have about 25 users at any given time and 3 or 4 folks creating content.

iSpring Learn has been great for organizing our training content and keeping it all in one place. It's great for a mid sized organization that has content all over the place and needs an easily accessible repository for content. It has also been great for mobile users since most of our team members are accessing the content on iPads.

We use iSpring Learn to distribute and educate the employees and clients on our software. Additionally we use its deeper LMS tools to help grow and maintain our knowledge of our employees as well as empower them to see their career path and have some insight into how they can grow and what progress they have been making.

We have yet to fully employ the on-the-job training, but it is perfect for what we eventually want to deploy. It would be nice if the system allowed name changes to functions like that. OTJ really doesn't reflect our nomenclature of having a one-on-one with our employees to track their work progress. OTJ sounds like a term used to learn how to operate a fryer at a fast-food chain.
