What is Reveal?

Reveal embedded analytics enables teams and customers to drive data insights with embedded intelligence, transforming the user experience of apps. Built with embed in mind first, on modern architecture, Reveal’s API aims to remove the complexity of embedding analytics into applications. Reveal’s native SDKs can be integrated into applications on any platform and tech stack including: .NET Core, Java, NodeJS (coming soon), and front-end technologies such as React, Angular, WebComponent, VueJS, jQuery, MVC and Java Frameworks like Spring, Tomcat, and Apache.

Reveal makes it simpler to create dashboards and visualizations on any device. Users can also run predictive analysis and machine learning models with a few clicks to make more educated business decisions. Reveal Embed keeps teams focused on the app's core value and lights up its user experience. Reveal is available at a simple, fixed-price.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our business is in finance and we have to deal with clients' data every day. Reveal simplified embedded analytics helping our team improve the presentation of our insights replacing chaotic data with clean and beautiful dashboards which improved our overall NPS score.

The one small flaw is the limited customization options – hope to get that sorted soon.

Pros

Allows for great team utilization and variable data.
Excellent templates to choose from if you don't want to build your own!
A lot of different elements to choose from when creating/modifying these.

Cons

Color scheme doesn't allow for EXACT colors to be chosen.
More types of graphs/charts in the templates.
Easier data input, maybe through Excel.

Reveal has helped me create ideas and platforms for what our team needs.
We have not, as of yet, implemented any of the creations, but hope to in the near future.

Pros

Visual presentation of the data
Easy to navigate and set up
Drill down option is easy to use
Obvious areas of the reports are clear and differentiated well

Cons

I have had some crashes where it just quits. Both on Android and iOS.
It can take a long time to update and process the data.
Reloads often while trying to screen cap results for the stores.
I wish font sizes were adjustable. (If they are, I'd love to know how.)

Click on a viz to drill down and filter was missing
Customizing colors and themes was missing when we demoed.
