We use HackerEarth to assess the aptitude in programming skills from the HackerEarth assessment score. As the score is generated on aspects such as the candidate's problem-solving ability and speed, the HackerEarth assessment serves as a good measure to judge a candidate before that person is called for the next round of interviews.
