Codility is a great tool to use for candidates' technical assessments of our selection processes. It is easy for recruiters to use, friendly to the people that are tested, and easy to manage. The test report is great. As a recruiter with limited technical knowledge, I wish it could be easier for me to build a test by myself (understand the tasks easier - there could be a bigger description or training for us) without depending on the hiring managers who aren't always available. Also, most times the invitation e-mail to take the test ends up in the candidates' spam box.

  • The Pricing is good for mid-size companies, but for a growing startup, it can be a bit high. Maybe they can introduce startup-friendly plans.
  • The Library of the questionnaire can be improved and updated as its long time since it has been revisited.

Alternatives Considered
This was the best that integrated with our TA system (Greenhouse) and we got positive recommendations. At a time we considered other talent acquisition systems, such as Success Factors, the integration was insufficient. Other than that, the talent acquisition Director was bios, based on previous experience, so as IT, we didn't have much of discovery or selection to make.
