there are instances where I include calendar dates in emails to prospects, and even after said date has passed, they can click on it to schedule a demo. This has happened several times.
Email logging with Salesforce has been very spotty...it works sometimes, and not others
I often have to uninstall and reinstall the chrome extension, so that Groove, a Clari company shows up in my Gmail

Groove makes synching activity with our CRM (salesforce) very easy. It's nice to quickly grab preloaded templates to use for emails and track opens on emails! We have used different products previously and I have found Groove to be the best option out of what we have tried!
