Go Global Ecommerce: exactly what I need!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We suggest GGE for the partnership for clients interested in outsourcing the work for cross-border sales from their eCommerce Shop.
GGE provides the following services:
  • Negotiate credit card processing fees
  • Maintain a merchant account
  • Administer refunds and chargebacks
  • Fraud risks - Identity theft, intellectual property violations, and credit card fraud
  • Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards and other payment laws
  • Non-compliance with taxation requirements
  • Manage tax calculation and international fiscal risks
  • Non-compliance with Privacy & GDPR: will lead to risks of being fined 4% on overall sales

Pros

  • GDPR Compliance
  • Flexibility with any eCommerce platform provider
  • Very quick integration and less delay in launching operations in new markets

Cons

  • We are not able to suggest GGE for our smaller clients with sales/operations only in 1-2 countries. If this aspect is improved, it'll be easier for us to suggest for our clients.

Return on Investment

  • Positive: since GGE have the capability of introducing brands into new markets, we accompany our clients to improve local User experience and succeed.

Rapidly gets merchants operating and generating new revenue cross-border.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Kooomo is a SaaS eCommerce platform orientated around international commerce. Where merchants are not in a position to fully operate internationally, we can propose GoGlobal to manage all of the complexity on behalf of our customers who may have outgrown the current country they are set up in. GoGlobal gives these Kooomo merchants with those ambitions to operate quickly in many countries, without the significant cost and effort to do so. GDPR is also a critical decision we make at Kooomo while partnering. Like my company, GoGlobal is 100% owned and operated in the European Union, which gives us comfort on a long term engagement given the current changing regulatory environment of SaaS and data.

Pros

  • Very quick to market
  • Technology integration
  • GDPR compliance

Cons

  • Improved UX of the admin interfaces
  • More third party platform integrations

Return on Investment

  • Instant synergy between GoGlobal and Kooomo offerings which enhance our market capability
  • Additional revenue streams to Kooomo
  • Helps our merchants truly go International

Go Global help our clients sell more, helping us grow too at the same time.
