Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Allows us to create events in our product, monitor retention and sustainability of rollouts over time, particularly for different cohorts/users. Via Freshpaint, we can then use other technologies to create reports on usability, monitor metrics across different cohorts, centers and regions. Trying to solve problem of users choosing the 'old' product rather than the new/improved product.
