I use Figma for enabling prototyping and testing of ideas for client solutions in product design/innovation workshops like Design Sprints and Hackathons. Design tasks can often be left to UX/UI designers only - Figma is collaborative and enables non-tech to also contribute (with copywriting, sourcing images, branding etc) and helps to reduce barriers and understand the product design process. It's now also so much easier to collaborate directly with Developers and reduces the friction of project handover for deployment. The best part for me, is the easy way to test prototypes on target users and receive quick feedback before investing a considerate budget to development.
Pros
Collaborative Prototyping
Testing prototypes with target users
Developer hand-over
Cons
The learning curve for non-designers could be easier

Figma is the go-to design tool for digital products and is perfect for collaborative designs and where developer hand-over is necessary. Figma's template library and community is very rich and helpful to avoid starting from zero each time. The prototyping functionality for interactive prototypes is the most helpful feature for innovation workshops to get product ideas into the hands of users quickly. Reducing the time to data from testing is crucial and Figma facilitates this perfectly.
