Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I use EZTexting to reach field sales with timely information and links when they are on the road. The service helps me get information out quickly without cluttering email boxes.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Affordable
  • Efficient

Cons

  • longer text fields for names (names don't always fit)
  • Email notification of messages in inbox in case I don't sign in to check
  • positive impact on distributing content like podcasts or videos
  • positive impact on clicks
Whenever I needed support, customer service was extremely quick and helpful. Very responsive.
