Especially because we have a lot of paperwork that needs to be shared with clients like invoices, BOL, POD, and more, so Conga CLM is a great match for us.

- Contract Management is the biggest selling point. With Conga CLM, it's easy to search, audit, and reference documents.
- Syncs beautifully with Salesforce (and some others), so contracts and customer data stay connected. Saves time and reduces manual work.
- Live dashboards let you track contract statuses without having to dig through emails or call someone.

- Some screens can feel cluttered, especially for new folks.
- Creating new custom workflows can be a challenging task, we had to invest heavily on it.
