We have reduced the number of Excel workbooks in the business significantly and can see a use can for CU for many many more!

Improved Collaboration

The best bit is a clear SSOT about who is responsible for what. The business is still in a very early stage of fully utilising the collaborative features within ClickUp, but know clearly who is doing what is a massive first step for us, where the previous scenario had people across the business hiding behind incomplete email chains. Nightmare!

Improved Communication

Before, we had a lot of communication and execution issues between planning a strategy for a client and actually putting it into practice with the operational team. With ClickUp, everything is recorded in the tasks and the history is never lost, even when passing the task to different team members. Another point that I always like to highlight is the efficiency of communication using ClickUp Chat. It is much simpler to manage the team's tasks and communication centrally in ClickUp.

Significant reduction in turnaround times on many types of reportable data - as we moved from completely untrackable (manual) data collection to CU, its impossible to give a hard number, but at an estimate we have seen between turnaround times halve overall, some even more significantly.
