Step up with ClickUp

We use ClickUp daily across a team of 11 people. It’s our central hub for managing people, planning projects, handling HR processes, and keeping clients informed. The main problem it solves is fragmentation—before ClickUp, we used multiple tools for task tracking, communication, and planning. Now it’s all in one place, which saves time, reduces errors, and gives us much better visibility into what’s going on across the business. The scope of our use includes both internal operations and client-facing work.

Since switching from Basecamp to ClickUp, collaboration across our organization has noticeably improved. The biggest gain has been faster feedback—teams now comment directly on tasks, which keeps discussions focused and in context. Dashboards also help us monitor progress in real time, so there’s less back-and-forth and fewer status update meetings. Overall, ClickUp made it easier for different roles and departments to stay aligned without wasting time jumping between tools.

ClickUp helped us simplify our productivity stack by replacing Google Sheets, Basecamp, and Notion. Instead of juggling multiple platforms for task tracking, project planning, and documentation, we now handle everything in one place. While we don’t rely heavily on complex automations, the built-in reminders and task management features already save us time and reduce missed follow-ups. The consolidation alone has made our workflows cleaner and more structured.
