The major use we have is project management as we undergo significant transformations in our operational and strategic spaces. That being said, while significant, it is actually not the thing I wanted to share here. Every business has odds and ends that don't really 'fit' in a space. Too complex for conventional data files, too dynamic not to be cloud based but not structurally significant enough to warrant resources to a dedicated software solution. This is where ClickUp has been incredibly powerful for us, capturing those odds and ends within departments that need to be captured, shared, tracked and often automated without insane development cost, time or complexity. An example would be how we track the status of reoccurring report generation for our clients. As less than 3% of our clients contractually required specialised reporting data on a reoccurring basis, it is something that essential to manage efficiently and historically was in a clunky Excel workbook. There was no accountability, no way to monitor SLAs, no way to identify quickly and easily where bottlenecks in processes existed. With ClickUp, we automate the tasks, can assign and track status in real time, escalate and (my personal favourite) summarise where each report is at for quick high level updates for our executive team with the inbuilt AI functionality.

Great for project management, reoccurring task management, building trackers and keeping track of what everyone is up to. Like all software that has great functionality, having solid governance and control over access is essential. I recommend ensuring that your admins/owners have a close eye on what is going on across the space or it can turn into an unmanageable nightmare.
We use it for task, track meetings, evaluation forms and chat. While connecting all these different option in ClickUp it makes it a really versityle program. With busy weeks with a lot of work to be done it works great to keep track of your progress and stay productive. ClickUp provides a lot of different uses so you dont need multiple programs.

We use ClickUp as our company wide Project Management tool for all administrators, operations, HR, finance, and accounting teams. We've integrated ClickUp into almost every data and project aspect of our business from keeping track of new projects, data lists, status updates for client data, and new client projects to reception team's VM log, HR tasks like termination checklists, and employee order notification automations.

Well suited for all accounting workflows but is less suited for trying to automate email announcements based on new tasks or certain workflows where you want to provide others updates.
I manage many projects internally and externally as well as my personal life. ClickUp allows me to manage all of these areas with different uses and needs in isolation and across the whole workspace depending on my focus. It delivers massive flexibility.

ClickUp can be suitable for most workflow and project management. I would say its a task management software. What is doesn't do is digital signing of contracts or payments of invoices.

There are SO many features that it can be overwhelming to some new users but with a proper implementation team internal to your organization, buy-in is easy.

Program implementation. As a BPO, we frequently integrate with external customers to implement business support programs that require whole-organization communication along with communication with external stakeholders. The platform has all features necessary to streamline this process in a way that works to not just your team's style and the team members' individual styles, but also external stakeholder styles. Not many companies can say that one product and even one project layout can be tailored to all of that but with ClickUp, it's easy.
ClickUp is used for overall project management and task assignments. It is a great software will tons of features that can be modified to benefit the needs of companies of all sizes.
For me, Clickup keeps me informed of happenings within our organization. Managing vehicles, vacation time and travel for our employees.

Finally we decided on ClickUp Business plan last year - what a game changer that was! Now transparency is guaranteed as everyone knows exactly where their tasks are at any given moment. It's been one of best decisions for 2022 so far: reliable automation & estimates plus multiple views of same boards...it really has everything you need!

I use personally to keep track of task and activities for myself and my reports across multiple departments. I find it useful in tracking many aspects of work such as project management, work order tracking, fleet bookings, meeting management and document management. It makes it easier to get a handle on the multitude of issues that come daily.

ClickUp is a great software to tackle various different operational problems, such as time and project management. However, if you have the right heads, you can come up with many out-of-the-box solutions to use it for, as with its vast functionality, you are able to trim and optimize an internal process that you were carrying out on Excel, Sheets, and similar platforms.
