We use Cisco Spaces to track and locate endpoints and FRID tags.
I find Cisco Spaces usefully during endpoints and FRID tags tracking. It is also easy to configure.
Best regardsCisco Spaces is used in our organization to receive statistics on visits and their duration, between buildings and entry to our parking lot.We use the platform to measure temperatures and humidity. We measured the vibe of some locations. We also take references from noise, Co2 etc etc. With IoT Explorer we locate devices such as laptops or fixed assets. And with Portal Captive we are about to launch this service for the Hospital's public networks.Cisco Spaces is definitely a fairly complete technological ecosystem that we must take advantage of.
Great and innovative tool !
Than you so much!
It is suitable in all scenarios according to my experience to date, except for RTLS against some brands of tags.
With the trademark Minew, the tags don´t working good, this is a issues for my organization.
Cisco Spaces is a very useful tool that we use to monitor our meeting room availability, occupancy, and environmental status, including temperature, CO2 levels, and humidity. It also helps with wayfinding, especially for visitors.

We use it for the space experience features. This allows our in person students the ability to locate what classroom that they will need to be in for the week saving hustle on that front. As well as allowing our remote workers the ability to come into office and find a place to work.
I love using it with the integration with webex for both calling and meetings
The overall experience has been excellent. Was easy to setup and implement and it's been stable
Floor occupancy
We use it for Location services and history. We are also authentication guests by Guest authentication service available in Cisco Spaces. Guests get one time password for 2nd factor authentication. We also use Cisco Spaces engagement services to send welcome back message to our guests once them come back to premises. We have integrated some sensors for people counting in meeting rooms.
Perfect
With Cisco Spaces, we can check the occupancy of all meeting rooms at one glance. Additionally, we can use Location Based Services for new up to date guest facing products that will bring a new option for revenue. Together with PoleStar, we brought up a very good combination of state of the art products.
We use it to give the end users more visibility on our buildings, how they find meeting rooms, how they find a way through our building, and also at the same time provide insights to our real estate management team.
I think it's well suited for real estate management teams when they are drowning in data, but they're starting from insights. I think that's most appropriate. It's possibly not the right solution for smaller sites. So if it's very obvious where you need to go or you don't need that visibility because the office is particularly small, it doesn't make sense at all.
We are using it in all our ships. We recently implemented Open roaming.
Cisco Spaces solved our ease of onboarding of our clients in the ship.
