We had no HRIS, so this supported that, not only for securely storing data but also for effective reporting, which helps us make people's decisions. Additionally, there are other modules we have taken advantage of like the recruitment module which addressed the fact all of our recruitment was on spreadsheets and took away a lot of the manual tasks.

To manage direct deposits through Cezanne HR is excellent and more efficient and even on multiple project workflow management and easy on project documentation. Data transfer and data analytics creation on Cezanne HR is effective and very easy.
