I used Bullhorn ATS & CRM as a full CRM system whilst working for a recruitment firm. All jobs were posted and there against the client at various stages of the recruitment process and helped our team manage all jobs that were being recruited and at what stage they were at. It was also integrated with Xero to make invoicing our clients at each stage of the recruitment process simple and easy to do.

Cons

  • Occasionally there would be technical problems with the platform but nothing major
  • Reporting capabilities were are bit limited

Return on Investment

  • Increased our productivity levels within the accounting recruitment team by 40% which is just fantastic
  • The objectives were to ensure we have a central place to record all data and we definitely achieved it

In order to avoid confusion, Bull Horn helps us keep track of all the positions that are received from various direct clients, the number of submissions made by various team members and recruiters, and the status updates of the candidates like offers and interviews, etc. In order to learn more about the candidate's application status and make the appropriate moves, they can examine notes entered into Bull Horn.

Cons

  • It is more complex if we compare to the other ATS like CB and Job Diva.
  • UI could be more better.
  • It is very slow to work on.

  • Bull Horn had all the records which were required and helped us to track our candidate's updates.
  • It's is one of the best ATS available in the Market right now.
  • as in ROI, it was not that expensive as other ATS, totally worth the price.

I am part of the mentorship program. We have recruiters assigned to the account that are using Bullhorn ATS & CRM. Bullhorn ATS & CRM is easy to use. There are some features that are not on JobDiva and eRecruit & Tempbuddy but it is with Bullhorn ATS & CRM. We can also pullout data to check their daily activities in that way we can check our recruiter's productivity just like their leads, dials, VMs, connects or even the status of the candidate they reached out to.

  • Sometimes candidates resume are old
  • Pooling of candidates from Job Boards

We use Bullhorn ATS & CRM as our main CRM it enables us to easily track processes, add new candidate and client information, set reminders, send out mass emails and manage GDPR effectively. I use Bullhorn ATS & CRM from a purely administrative perspective I set up and manage new user accounts, manage GDPR requests, approve candidate placements / sales and manage the integration with our statistics/reporting software.

  • Good integration with other products such as adcourier and Cube19

Cons

  • The ability to undelete tasks without the need for technical support
  • Live chat could be available more freequently
  • Support available for all users not just support contacts

Return on Investment

  • Saves time due to integration
  • Reporting function was key during COVID
  • Duplicate finder means GDPR issues are dealt with properly as opposed to fragmented

We use Bullhorn ATS & CRM for all of our candidate and client contact information, appointment and interview scheduling, and the main point of communication and tracking for all internal notes. We use the Goals and Quotas feature to track KPIs and Revenue for our team. We also use it to track how long recs have been open and our average time to fill each open job. We also use it to send out a monthly NPS survey to our candidates to track how our recruiters are doing.
