AT&T support has deteriorated
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use AT&T for a backup SIP trunk for BC/DR and for POTS service at various sites.
Pros
- Once the SIP service is in it is stable
- Once the POTS is in its stable
Cons
- When an issue arises, AT&T does not support directly
- Their subcontractor BCDR used to be responsive but the new account team is not helpful
Return on Investment
- They provide a backup service that is stable
