AT&T Business Reviews & Insights

We are using AT&T Business as our primary internet service at our main office. We have found it to be very reliable and cost effective. We are an on-prem company with our servers being at our main office. All of our other offices and remote users connect to our main office for access to our files and applications so we need to make sure that our internet service is reliable.

We get very reliable service for the cost. The setup was made very easy when we signed up, they pulled all of the cables they needed and worked with our building to get us lit as soon as possible. During the recent wind storms and wild fires in Los Angeles, our backup internet line from a competing ISP went down multiple times for many hours, where the AT&T line stayed up like a champ.

We use AT&T for a backup SIP trunk for BC/DR and for POTS service at various sites.

AT&T does not support us directly. We must go through their subcontractor BCDR. The previous BCDR account team was wonderful. The current BCDR account team refuses to help.
