Individuals and specific departments utilize Asana to track both individual and group tasks and projects. We haven't used it beyond basic task management. We also use the free version, so we don't have access to their full range of tools. Overall, it has served us well and is easy to use.

- More robust recurrence options, ie, the last Monday of each month (rather than only the 4th Monday of each month).
- Ability to see subtasks in "my tasks" view.

As a manager, Asana makes my life really easier, and I hope it keeps growing. It took just a few days to get comfortable with this software. It is really intuitive.

This is achieved through its graphical presentation and multihoming capabilities, which is particularly useful for large teams. If you’re coming from an Excel spreadsheet background, this feature will be a game-changer.We use Asana for various purposes, including work planning, vendor management, and general project management.I took a deep dive into the software about a year ago and recently became an Asana ambassador!
