We provide, my team provides the business insights from the data that we collect through our web performances and other channels to their business. So we provide reports and visualizations to our business and then insights
Pros
There are some components that we use it in a very business oriented basis because that's how the product features are built. One is Adobe Workspace and the segments and then the visualization, the different types of visualizations and the insights to the business.
Cons
I think it's coming up in the future, sneak peeks and we saw that. So AI insights and custom dimensions, custom metricses and no limit on EVARs and props, but I think the next product that's called CJA, that's covering it, which is a great thing.

Maybe for a small company with small products for their thing, Adobe may be bit of an implementation too much for them, but when it comes to companies like us, like a life sciences or large enterprises and even small enterprises, but with more products, more analysis that they need to make their marketing experience better, maybe Adobe product is the best suitable.
At Carmax, we use it for enterprise web data capture and analysis; understand website performance; create data science models and algorithms based off that web data; tie into Adobe Target for test analysis; understand customer behavior; look for opportunities where we can improve the site and make more relevant customer experiences.

Or if you have limited develop resources, analytics might not be the best choice since it is manual to implement.

The problems we are trying to solve is Data Validation and governance autonomously and missing data points due to users opting out of privacy consent.
Pros
Adobe Workspace > Dashboards
Ease of use
Administration
Cons
Data Warehouse
Data Feeds
Data Sources
Data Imports
Likelihood to Recommend
- It's well suited to easily maneuver to the reports that we need and in a much faster way. - Although, it does require some improvements with setting with data Sources and data feeds. It feels like the UI is outdated compared to other features.

We use AA for collecting analytics data for the applications for app and web to understand user behavior. The problem we face is the account for data for user that do not contest to accept the cookie data and we see a gap in figuring out what have they selected in application.
Pros
Capture the analytics data
Provide business the data that is needed to make business decision
Cons
The data we receive in flat files in EDW is not captured
The consent data for users that do not accept the cookies is hard to collect data on

It is good for medium to last org. It is perfect for these org but for small org it is challenging and expense
Adobe Analytics is our one stop shop for all things digital tracking: traffic, journeys, health/performance, and sales. We relish Adobe Workspace's "canvas" UI that allows us to arrange many different data points into a single view. The ability to segment data in real-time and create custom metrics on-the-fly is also a boon.
Pros
Journey analysis including page flows and process funnels.
Creating and implementing custom segments
Creating and implementing custom metrics
Detailed report creation
Cons
Customer support and consultation has really decreased over the years
The ability to create reports that adjust comparison report periods (DoD, WoW, YoY) when you adjust the "master" reporting period is needed.
Some features locked behind the admin console need to be democratized.
Likelihood to Recommend
If you're serious about providing your employees the tools to effectively self-serve measuring the performance of a website, app, etc Adobe Analytics is the only way to go.

We have been using Adobe Analytics for almost a year now. We had a problem with inconsistent data flow in our data warehouse. All the data was there, but it was all over the place. Adobe Analytics made the data more measurable and meaningful for management. Management can now look at their relevant data and make more informed and quick decisions.
Pros
Reporting.
Integration with other tools.
Native functions like sorting, eliminate duplicates and troubleshooting of data.
Cons
There is not yet AI functionality like other tools e.g. Tableau.
Not super user friendly.
Sometimes we face server lags.
Likelihood to Recommend
Great integrations with all tools, e.g., CRMs. Great Rest APIs, which allow us to connect to all customized apps. Forecasting and segmentation are great tools to work with. They save us so much time and resources.
