We use Adobe Analytics to have a better experience so that we can track several of our campaigns across multiple platforms in one home. It's just easier to see all at one place than to have to use multiple places to look at singular places and then have to compare using multiple windows - if I can do all in one I'm in for of that.
Pros
Data Integration from multiple sites
track website performance
helps to understand behavior of customers
Cons
Updates would be good
It doesn't seem to be expanding as much as it could.
Maybe a new Home Screen?
Maybe be a bit faster?

Like I said prior, Adobe Analytics is a good hub to track a lot of information from multiple sites, and the integration seems to be seamless - but could it be better? Of course. I like having to have all of my info at one place - but Google does a better job of just google information - and that's what they need to strive for.
The main way is we will take data that's already been, will basically take data that's the result of an implementation either for ourselves or for our clients. And we'll basically go in and build dashboards or relationships or reports to be able to answer important business questions either for ourselves or for the clients that we work for.
Pros
It summarizes large complex data better than any other analytics solution I've dealt with without the need for sampling, gives the right level of detail, does the right level of breakdowns, aggregation. I consistently not only use Adobe Analytics, but I use other data sets and compare against Adobe Analytics. And as I go into Adobe Analytics and compare, as long as I've done the query right and the other systems, they're very, very close. And if anything, with a lot of Adobe's newer products, they've gotten more accurate over time. So that's basically, you asked me what I liked about it. I like that it's accurate. I like that I don't have to do a lot of explaining. There's enough explaining in the world of web analytics to have to go back and explain why data's problematic. And so like I said, provided that the implementation is correct, it's a very easy conversation. Even if people may not like the answer.
Cons
I think the biggest room for improvement is performance. When I go in certain times of the day or for certain clients, it's slow and it won't load the reports that I need. And as a result, needing to answer a question where you normally have the expectation of it being a near real-time answer that you get when you have to wait for reports to load or you have to wait because the reports can't load at all. It's a really unfortunate thing. It's a big problem actually. So I'd say that's one area of improvement. It's just improving the performance of the reports so that they'll load consistently all the time quickly and effectively.

Anytime you're dealing with very large-scale data that needs to be processed in real-time very quickly, this definitely shines. So if you've got more than 50 to a hundred million page views in a monthly period or more than being able to use Adobe Analytics, be able to answer those questions and literally get data at any time of the year for the most part with very little delay is exceptional. So that's probably what I'd say is the best use cases that are situated. The larger the dataset, maybe not necessarily the more complex the dataset, but the larger the dataset and the more moving parts to it, the better this tool does at being able to answer it than others in the market.

Well suited in data oriented large scale orginizations as this tool helps in easily filtering the large set of datas and provide the right set of reports that's needed by the users for important decision making.
We have been using Adobe Analytics for almost a year now. We had a problem with inconsistent data flow in our data warehouse. All the data was there, but it was all over the place. Adobe Analytics made the data more measurable and meaningful for management. Management can now look at their relevant data and make more informed and quick decisions.
Pros
Reporting.
Integration with other tools.
Native functions like sorting, eliminate duplicates and troubleshooting of data.
Cons
There is not yet AI functionality like other tools e.g. Tableau.
Not super user friendly.
Sometimes we face server lags.

Great integrations with all tools, e.g., CRMs. Great Rest APIs, which allow us to connect to all customized apps. Forecasting and segmentation are great tools to work with. They save us so much time and resources.
We are looking for: 1. How visitors to our site behave on our site 2. If we spend $$ on ad campaigns, we need to see their effectiveness 3. Always looking for ways to improve our site so that we can get users into our funnel and convert them into custotmers 4. To ensure that our site stays complaint with data privacy
Pros

i can easily customize my dashboard to focus on what i need to see at any given time
if i'm running a promotion, i can see real time analytics
Cons
i have not used cross-platform analytics yet - next phase
somewhat costly, but i do understand the value
some you tube tutorials were MUCH better than the adobe ones

I thought that Adobe Analytics was just a more expensive version of Google Analytics. But I realized that they're really not the same at all, and in some cases, both are needed. One REPORTS, one ANALYSIZES. and Analysis is super important. So, I really think that there's no comparison to what each tool does. And each is needed when trying to stay ahead of the competition and being self-reflective and willing to change up the UI and UX to keep customers coming back.
Adobe has been used in my organization to track how the Visitors are enagaging and converting on our website. The problem is we never understand which campaigns are bringing in the customers, what pages are they starting their journey and how they are moving ahead in the journey. Adobe just helps us know what are visitors are doing on our websites
Pros
Spliting visits by channels
Splitting visits by devices
Funnels based on various landing pages
Forward flows
Cons
dobe implementation has always been a challenge
the tool takes lot of time to run the data
Likelihood to Recommend
Adobe Analytics has been well suited when it comes to understanding the journey, forward flows, creating fallouts and understand where are users exiting from. This helps us understand what pages to improve to enhance the engagement and conversions on our website. The major drawback that I see is that for a smaller busines this tool is too expensive and we need experts to manage it

The insights generated by having Adobe Analytics implemented are essential for improving your online presence as it shows how users behave on your applications and websites. This data can then be acted upon and thus the re-iteration process of constant improvement begins.
Pros
Capturing campaign data
Creating dashboards
Tracking user journeys
Creating Marketing Channels
API based
Cons
Greater flexibility in the workspace
The inability to create segments from calculated metrics
UI can be slightly buggy at times

Adobe Analytics was quite useful in tracking purchase conversions. We used the eVars [Conversion Variables] as a method of tracking what stage the customer was in when going through the purchase funnel. In combination with the Flow and Fall Out visualisations, it showed key stages of the funnel when the users were dropping out which made for a good start for the investigation phase.

Adobe Analytics helps us with valuable insights using data collected from our company sites. It helps us make better and intelligent decisions. It is much better than MIS Reports as it is very dyanmic and much more insightful. It makes these insightful and targeted reports using a very comprehensive database. Using this has helped us build our analytics in automation mode.
Pros
User Friendly- It is relatively far more user friendly than other similar software.
Accessibility of Insightful Reports at a click of button
Dashboard that has all the features listed at a single place.
Cons
Might be a bit expensive for Startups or Small businesses.
Learning and getting accustomed to the software and all it's features might take a bit of inestment of time & effort.
Sometimes the software gets a bit slow. So you need to keep up with it.

When we require business critical reports at a very short notice, we turn to Adobe Analytics for help. Everytime the software helps us with relevant reports when we require it the most. There is a certain degree of automation involved in this that we really like. Reports are customised hence help us take better business decisions in short term & long term both. I may not be able to specify any other scenarios where it it less appropriate as have not come across any such experience.
It analyzes the website visitors we utilize for marketing efforts and to get to know our consumers better to know what they want and how they interact with our website. The product addresses segmentation issues that it quickly resolves and it gives the company the ability to accurately integrate data along with creating in depth reports for the workers.
Pros
market segmentation
Report creation
Analysis
Cons
How-to course offered
Easier version of the software for beginners
Better interface

Adobe Analytics is for a business that is profitable and needs work on marketing and analyzing its consumers. Unlike Google Analytics, this does cost money and is quite in depth and hard to use for a first timer or even intermediate level employee. It will take time to train employees without a background in this.
We use Adobe Analytics to study website user traffic and performance. In addition, it helps us track the best performing pages and user journeys. We monitor a traffic between 70-80K users per month and Adobe give us great amount of insights to target and re-market to our website visitors. The UI can be a bit complex when compared to mainstream tools like GA but they are enhancing at a fast pace. Lastly, we use Adobe to generate different attribution, there are so multiple visualizations and flow reports to understand the data that tells a story.
Pros
Website analytics
Traffic analysis
Goals tracking
Remarketing
Website integration
Cons
UI
Lack of dummy data for learning
Learning material to be more organized
No 'plug and play' capability
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited for: 1. Website traffic analysis 2. Great visualization templates 3. Website performance tracking 4. Funnel building 5. Integration with multiple platforms / tools 6. Customer journey tracking and mapping
Not appropriate for: 1. UI can be further enhanced 2. Need more appropriate learning / knowledge hub 3. Need to be simplified to deploy 4. Free trails and dummy data can help adapt more users
