Some users appreciate the flexibility in data structure and allocation, which enables them to manipulate and analyze data according to their requirements.

Comprehensive Insights and Reporting Capabilities: Reviewers find the platform superior in providing in-depth analysis that surpasses other similar solutions in the market. They appreciate its comprehensive insights, powerful reporting capabilities, integration with other Adobe products, and limitless segmentation capabilities for detailed analytics and reporting.
I use it in a consultant capacity for clients, who use Adobe Analytics to track multiple web estates, either because they're part of the Adobe suite or they want to use something outside of Google Analytics, or because they want to track more steps than just their website. I'll use the data they have and recommend them to collect additional data to play insights back to the client in the scope of recommending CRO / UX improvements to the website based on behaviour observed
Pros
Customisable dashboards
Real time reporting
No limits to dimensions and events
Cons
In my opinion, it's not that friendly to use / there's a steeper learning curve than GA4
In my opinion, the UI isn't great, it's fiddly, and you have to SAVE your reports which even I forget to do
I think it's more complex to implement
I think it's expensive, when there's free alternatives
Likelihood to Recommend
It can have more depth to data if implemented right, but it's also trickier to use than others
I use Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance. It helps us to improve KPIs by monitoring fallout within our site and app. It's shown a lot of benefits to improve our primary KPI's like increasing Orders, Revenue, and adoption of alternate products. We also use it to monitor our Testing to help us improve KPIs there as well.
Pros
Fallout Reports
A/B Test Results
High Level KPI Monitoring
Cons
Significance Calcs in the Tool for CR
Significance on RPV (Wilcoxon)
Journey Canvas
Likelihood to Recommend
It's great for monitoring your A/B Test Results and company KPIs.

We just switched from GA to Adobe Analytics, and it's been a painful but cautiously optimistic endeavor. One of the problems we expected to stop encountering was bot traffic, but not-so-much. We are struggling with knowledge right now, and unfortunately when we reach out to Adobe we are treated like we don't know what we are doing (we don't!), but we also don't get direction as far as what we should be doing. On the reverse side of the coin, I am now getting Merchandising analytics like I've never had before using eVars, and the eVars appear to be tracking fine, it's the visits, page views and exits that seem to be volatile. I suspect we might have been led astray with our solution design, which was painfully NOT updated after it had been completed years ago, and our site looks very different now than it did then. Work in progress, we will NOT be throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
Pros
eVars (love, wish there was more but I heard they are unlimited in AJA)
Projects. The transition from Reports to Projects was easier for me to navigate than I thought it was going to be.
Adobe Templates. Again with the love. Nothing helps me more than copying a template and then deconstructing it to see how it works and reconstruct to how I want it to be.
Cons
Support. I mentioned this earlier and we don't know what we don't know. Researching the massive amounts of documentation isn't realistic with bandwidth constraints, and our rep getting frustrated with us when we go through what we are seeing is disappointing.
Education. More please, and designed more towards the "business side". I get with the many many many different implementations (every company is different!), that it's tough, but even a basic of the basics would be nice for situations that everyone is looking at, like the engagement with the merchandising on the home page (or any certain page).

I see the potential for Adobe Analytics to be very well-suited for industries where they are heavily privacy regulated, like health care, etc. As a BIG proponent of privacy, I would encourage everyone I do business with online to choose Adobe over Google. Google has come right out and said they absolutely 100% will collect and sell data as they see fit, and I'm just not okay with that for Costco Members.

We use AA for collecting analytics data for the applications for app and web to understand user behavior. The problem we face is the account for data for user that do not contest to accept the cookie data and we see a gap in figuring out what have they selected in application.
Pros
Capture the analytics data
Provide business the data that is needed to make business decision
Cons
The data we receive in flat files in EDW is not captured
The consent data for users that do not accept the cookies is hard to collect data on
