Despite a few of the design/interface frustrations, Revenue.io (RingDNA) is a powerful that is well made and continues to improve. Conversation AI, while underutilized at our company, can provide great value to any Sales team if used correctly. I look forward to seeing what new changes come our way
Training on key features is difficult, so adoption of the platform is not where we would like it to be after 6 months of being deployed. Our team works primarily within Salesforce, so it would be helpful to have additional focus on adding ZRA components to the Salesforce managed package. Would love to see on overall customer summary for example. Rather than having to go to each conversation to get details of the customer journey. The price point for ZRA is quite high compared to meetings & phone so I would like to see continuous growth/new features being released to justify the spend. With ZRA, the sales leaders can share tactics and use cases on how they utilize ZRA to manage their individual teams. The analytics easily shows team members who are exceeding or who may need additional support based on (overall customer sentiment & engagement).
It constantly logs out and forces me to log back in through both RingDNA and Salesforce before calling or texting anyone which requires a 2 step process. This can be prevented by logging into RingDNA at the start of each day before Salesforce, I just need to make this a habit!
When you go into "Contacts" in the dialer and search for someone, it does not predictively auto-populate Contacts based on what you have typed so far (unlike Salesloft, Outreach, etc) so you end up typing most of the contact's name each time when searching. Not a huge deal since I am primarily searching for people in Salesforce, but it would be nice to have this in dialer as well.
I can say that this platform has been a great help from the beginning of the implementation and has helped exponentially to grow as a company. At no time have we had problems at the beginning or any confusion when using this software for the first time, it has always been very easy to use its interface and tool. In case we don't know something, technical support has always been helpful.
Once you're through the setup it couldn't be easier. For our client facing team members it was very much an experience of. Today you're using "App A" and tomorrow log into Zoom and you're all setup. Zoom Revenue Accelerator is effortless for an end user to pick up and start using. But the setup is where you need help to understand. Various things with where recordings are stored, how calls are routed, and even who can access what phone numbers and recordings can be challenging to setup without help. And a number of docs aren't as up to date as they could be, given the Zoom UI can change so rapidly. Once they solve the sprawling admin side of the product, it'll be a 10 out of 10.
They have a dedicated support team to assist with any questions or issues users may encounter while using the application. However, this feature makes this platform live and steady
Revenue.io to evaluate its performance in terms of page load times or report completion. Regarding integration with other software or systems, its integration with other tools is designed to work seamlessly with other tools and systems without slowing them down. Furthermore, integration does not affect its efficiency and leads to smooth work
It fulfills our requirements for what we were looking for among the products available in the market. They have given demos so well and address all of our issues very well. They also quoted the best price for what we had in mind. Overall, it helps us zero in on our search with all the requirements and budget in mind.
I honestly think that SalesLoft is a more complete solution as far as the user interface goes. However, Ring DNA has the added call intelligence feature that sales loft doesn't have, so we went with ring dna.
Zoom fit into our workflow better than the rest. While all the other tools certainly worked well, and could do the job, we felt the most comfortable with Zoom. In particular the ease of use. Specifically, at the time we were assessing the tools Aircall was a product we had used for a number of years, but call quality was not something that came often. And we'd have as many as 35% of calls drop due to connection issues. (Not an issue with Zoom, call quality is >98%). Dialpad was also one we extensively tested and trialed. It felt far better suited to a team larger then us, and one with a broader Support function then our initial use case. The Salesforce offering just felt the most expensive for the least value. While it would work probably the best with our CRM, it was clunky to operate from an end user POV.
Overall, Revenue.io is a highly scalable platform that can adapt to the needs of businesses of varying sizes and industries. The program handles large volumes of data and users, making it suitable for companies with complex revenue management needs. Moreover, the cloud-based infrastructure allows the platform to scale up or down quickly based on changing business needs.
