Conversation Intelligence Software Features
Comparison of Conversation Intelligence Software Features features of Product A and Product B
The automatic email feature is extremely helpful for quickly contacting more potential clients. It is user-friendly and easy to access all buttons, which helps you navigate the task efficiently. It could greatly help to acquire more clients for a project to be successful. I cannot see anything less appropriate for me to achieve the goal I am aiming for.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator excels at the everyday conversations, clients wanting to understand the market, how to use the product, or just to have a chat with their broker. ZRA eats these up, provides accurate sentiment analysis, and decent enough summaries that we can start to gleam insight from the myriad conversations our client facing team are exposed to each day. Where it doesn't fully align with our business model is how it integrates with our CRM. ZRA is built for the B2B industry, and wants to attach conversations to contacts associated with deals in pipelines etc. It as a product has a poor grasp on the day to day interactions B2C businesses have with their clients, and Zoom have a lot of opportunity ahead at solving those problems.
Sequencing automated email campaigns for outbound prospecting (BD Function).
Integrating with Sales Navigator to help me find emails/phone #' numbers/"add to sequence" while prospecting. It's easy and seamless to find & then load contacts into Cadences.
Integration with Salesforce is a huge plus. Allows me to not worry about logging anything, but the executive team can see my activity & what is going on (emails going out, responses I get, etc.).
The analytics on the outreach data is always helpful as well (open rates, click rates, etc.).
Apollo.io has an amazing amount of features. It's great being able to complete so many tasks in one space but it's also overwhelming. It took me a few days to work through all of the options when searching for a company or person. After a few days it started to provide companies for me which was confusing before I understood what was happening. At first, I was also confused about what a "sequence" was so maybe some of the jargon can be confusing. I think with time I will become more comfortable once I understand all of the options offered.
Once you're through the setup it couldn't be easier. For our client facing team members it was very much an experience of. Today you're using "App A" and tomorrow log into Zoom and you're all setup. Zoom Revenue Accelerator is effortless for an end user to pick up and start using. But the setup is where you need help to understand. Various things with where recordings are stored, how calls are routed, and even who can access what phone numbers and recordings can be challenging to setup without help. And a number of docs aren't as up to date as they could be, given the Zoom UI can change so rapidly. Once they solve the sprawling admin side of the product, it'll be a 10 out of 10.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
Make.com, Dripify and Hubspot all seem to have similar systems. However, they don't have any of the data. So, you wind up spending more money and time connecting them all to your system. Zoom Info has great data, but they didn't have automation. Apollo.io allows you to combined all of these other ones into on system which is fantastic.
Chorus.ai is very similar to Zoom IQ. I think the sales team should invest in either product. I was not involved in the purchasing process so I am not sure why one company was chosen over the other for us to work with.
I've only just started using Apollo, but with the 24 emails I've sent out using Apollo, I've already received one response, which is a much better ratio than before.
I was also able to add several companies that were not already in my Salesforce account, which appeared in Apollo.io.
Apollo.io helped me find genuine companies that we could assist through the prospecting filters, which was very helpful.
Allows me to be Building repeatable scalable processes! Being authentic and creating more humility amongst the locker room.
Provides stark contrast to those reps in the middle of the pack vs high activity top performers. I don’t always “see” the winning behaviors of the top reps, the win through effort, but many have a lot to learn about themselves and have even more opportunity to win more!
Provides self awareness and coaching opportunities for the individual producers on their own
