The automatic email feature is extremely helpful for quickly contacting more potential clients. It is user-friendly and easy to access all buttons, which helps you navigate the task efficiently. It could greatly help to acquire more clients for a project to be successful. I cannot see anything less appropriate for me to achieve the goal I am aiming for.
Spiky sales coaching powered by AI. The difference between sales coaching and sales training is that coaching is all about improving what is already going on in your sales operations, so the results come faster for two reasons: a) Personalized recommendations to each member of the team based on analysis of their current sales meetings and performance. b) The recommendations and suggestions can be prioritized for implementation based on results. Sales training is about general best practices and skills that need to be acquired and practiced by your team for a certain time before you can see the results. It's more general, less effective, and less immediate. Spiky is sales coaching on steroids.
Sequencing automated email campaigns for outbound prospecting (BD Function).
Integrating with Sales Navigator to help me find emails/phone #' numbers/"add to sequence" while prospecting. It's easy and seamless to find & then load contacts into Cadences.
Integration with Salesforce is a huge plus. Allows me to not worry about logging anything, but the executive team can see my activity & what is going on (emails going out, responses I get, etc.).
The analytics on the outreach data is always helpful as well (open rates, click rates, etc.).
I don't particularly appreciate that it's only available in English.
We do also operate with customers in South America, where all conversations are carried in Spanish, so presently, we can only enjoy the competitive advantages in half of our sales operations.
This kind of breakthrough technology should be available globally.
Apollo.io has an amazing amount of features. It's great being able to complete so many tasks in one space but it's also overwhelming. It took me a few days to work through all of the options when searching for a company or person. After a few days it started to provide companies for me which was confusing before I understood what was happening. At first, I was also confused about what a "sequence" was so maybe some of the jargon can be confusing. I think with time I will become more comfortable once I understand all of the options offered.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
Make.com, Dripify and Hubspot all seem to have similar systems. However, they don't have any of the data. So, you wind up spending more money and time connecting them all to your system. Zoom Info has great data, but they didn't have automation. Apollo.io allows you to combined all of these other ones into on system which is fantastic.
Spiky.ai has a unique approach for layering in sentiment/emotional analysis, which makes it much easier to review calls with the context. For example, sales reps and managers can capture how customers react to demos, new product features, different talk tracks, answers to questions or objections etc. This would be super hard to analyze (and very subjective) and do without Spiky's assistance on calls. There is so much data from video calls that are not captured by traditional tools like Gong and Spiky is adding super powers that help everyone better understand what is working or isn't working.
I've only just started using Apollo, but with the 24 emails I've sent out using Apollo, I've already received one response, which is a much better ratio than before.
I was also able to add several companies that were not already in my Salesforce account, which appeared in Apollo.io.
Apollo.io helped me find genuine companies that we could assist through the prospecting filters, which was very helpful.
